Cool Bananas aims to provide QUALITY camping for kids.
Camps provide an excellent opportunities for social interaction, teamwork, ADVENTURE, trying new things, personal CHALLENGES…and are heaps of FUN!!! Plus it gives you something to do in the School Holidays!!

Cool Bananas run 2 main camps each year:
- An Annual 5 day Adventure Camp Oct 8th - 12th 2012 (8 – 11yr old)
This Camp is awesome!! Held at Finlay Park located on Lake Karapiro, this camp is a time to learn new stuff and try out a few activities you have never done before. There will be Go Karts, Bungy Tramps, Kayaking, water slides, swimming pool, Spa Pool...and the Blob!! There will also be all sorts of other crazy and challenging games and activities as part of our teams competition. We do have a Chapel time each morning and evening - Stories, whacky games, fantastic singing times..and lots more!!!
Registration forms will be available here and from any Schools where we do our weekly programs from 27th August 2012. Any enquiries can be made to our Office 07 5767330 but please note that we do not take any bookings prior to then.
2. Linkt Camp April 17th - 19th 2012
LINKT Camp is for those youth who are 12 - 14yrs and in Yrs 8, 9 or 10. It is mainly geared to those who have outgrown our October Adventure Camp. Its 3 days of Leadership Training to help prepare them to be a LEADER at the October Adventure camp (They need to be 13yrs and over and a minimum of Yr 10 at College before they can apply to come as a Leader at the Oct camp). So for those keen to return to the Oct Adventure camp either this year or sometime in the future..this camp is for you to help get you prepared for the leadership role you will face. Come along and be challenged!!
LINKT Camp will be held at a campsite in Waihi Beach.
Registrations for it will be available approx beginning of March 2012.
